We use wholesale lenders to beat the ‘big banks’ in options and pricing
We are mortgage brokers, which means that we deal directly with wholesale lenders— lenders who are not ‘big banks’. The benefit of working with a broker is that we tend to beat ‘big banks’ in options and pricing. We have multiple lenders at our disposal, which multiplies our chances at finding you the right fit for your residential mortgage.
Below are a few of our current wholesale lenders and the specific programs that they offer:
New York Community Bank
New York Community Bank (NYCB) has been our primary wholesale lender for ten years. They have elite pricing structures, which typically mean they have some of the best rates in the country on all fixed products (10-30 year Conforming, Convention, Fixed loans).
United Wholesale Mortgage
United Wholesale Mortgage has been another primary wholesale lender. Their lender-paid mortgage insurance is by far the best in the industry, making UWM a great choice for clients who desire to purchase a home using less than a twenty percent down payment.
Parkside Lending is another great option, particularly for borrowers with less-than-perfect credit or past derogatory credit issues (i.e. short sales, foreclosures, and/or mortgage lates). Parkside also offers competitive JUMBO products with less stringent guidelines than the majority of wholesale lenders.
